Our client, a popular main dealership, is currently looking to recruit an experienced automotive service advisor to join their busy service team.

You will be identifying customer needs both face to face and on the telephone, assisting with the throughput of work in the Service Department, invoicing, meet, greet and handover as well as contacting customers about additional work required. Having a technical background is an advantage for this role.

The ideal candidate will need a can do attitude, ability to work off of own initiative as well as being a team player. An exceptional level of professionalism will be required for this key role.
