We have two rooms available in a friendly houseshare close to town. The rate of £65 or £70 per week (depending on which room) includes all bills and internet. The house has been refurbished quite recently, so is in good shape.

We are non-smokers (two girls, one guy) looking for people who are clean, tidy and considerate.
