I have a room to rent in a Victorian house. This is a large room with enough space for cupboards, dresser and a double bed or two single beds. It can be furnished or unfurnished, not a problem just need to know. I have a garden (with built in BBQ), and all the modern conveniences needed: - Dishwasher, mircowave, Washer/dryer, Sky and wireless Broadband. All Bills are included in the rent. I am quite a relaxed, social person. As I own the house I am open to discussion regards the rent. If you new to the area, Leighton buzzard is within 15 min from Milton Keynes and Dunstable and about 20 mins from Luton. There is travel links available.
