As Head Chef at the Savanna restaurant in St.Albans, I am currently building a strong and focused team to achieve accolades and a consistent high standard of fine dining.

Demi-chef de partie
Successful applicants will require a high skill base with scope for development .Be self disciplined with regards to personal hygiene and working the environment. Be a good team player and competent under pressure. Michelin starred background preferable.
