My name is Glenn Lobo and I am the chief instructor for the Malaysian Martial Art of Silat Lincah. I run classes for childrens and adults in the Stopsley area of Luton.
Childrens classes start at 6pm every Thursday and Adults classes 7pm.

Silat is a complex art with elements like KICKBOXING, and Ju Jitsu, and it has a reputation for beaing a fearsome street fighting art, so is excellent for fitness and self defence.

I also can offer private training and an Instructors course for those of you who want to learn a martial art and eventually run their own class.
