Due to our company expansion we currently have vacancies for both Full-time & Part-time assessors or trainee assessors, and training centre based tutors (Cardiff Training Centre Only). As a trainee assessor you would require a minimal of 5 years experience within your trade specific. As we operate throughout the United Kingdom you may based in Cardiff (South West), Luton (East of England), or Lancanshire (North West) meaning you may be based in any of the surrounding areas, as you would still be required to travel to assessment areas. As there's traveling involved you would require to also have your own transport. The following positions available include:-

Qualified Assessors - No minimal experience as you would already be a professional in your trade specific. Trainee Assessors - 5 years minimal experience within your trade specific however you will be in-house trained. Training Centre Based Tutors - Should have minimal A1 or a PGCE qualification, however you will be in-house trained.

All departments within Capital Training are subject to a monthly �?�£100 and a quarterly �?�£500 bonus upon getting the highest Key Performance Indicator (KPI) score.

Shift Information
Regular work days are Mon - Fri, could somtimes include Saturdays however depends on assessor - 08:30am - 5pm however when travelling you may be expected to leave earlier and till later. Tutors Mon - Fri - 08:30 - 5pm
