Head Chef / Manager – Busy, Gastro Pub- £28-32,000 + bonus

The food offering is Modern European using 95% fresh produce, with the core of the menu being branded, however you will still have full input on specials and presentation of dishes.

You need to have extensive experience in a volume environment with at least 35k turnover per week.
This is a chance to show your organisational skills and management qualities to manage a large kitchen team and budget.


To be successful you will

• Be either an established Head Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Sous Chef looking for the step up into your first Head role.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
• Have fresh produce and high volume experience
• Some Gastro / casual dining experience preferred although not essential
• Be a good communicator and leader as you will be working within brigades of 8+

In return you will be offered

• An attractive basic salary of £28,000 – 32,000
• Bonus
• Temporary accommodation if required
