Recruitment Consultants Extended Hours

We are an established medical recruitment agency with 6 vacancies for recruitment consultants on our extended hours team. We have a variety of shift patterns and we require recruitment consultants who are able to commence duty as soon as possible. Shift patterns vary as follows:
Monday to Saturday 09h00 - 17h00
Sunday to Friday 09h00 - 17h00
Friday to Monday 09h00 - 17h00
Monday, Wednesday, Friday + 3 weekends 05h30 - 13h30 OR 17h00 - 24h00
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday + 3 weekends 05h30 - 13h30 OR 17h00 - 24h00

Ideal applicants will have previous recruitment industry or exceptional sales experience
You will be confident and capable of delivering exceptional service levels
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will be self-motivated and very proactive.
You will enjoy working within a team and have excellent communication skills.
You will be ambitious, competitive and be target focused
A good understanding of computers and IT skills.
