An exciting opportunity has become available at a top independent school in Hertfordshire, for an outstanding Biology Teacher to join the school’s high performing faculty. The position is due to commence in January 2010 on a permanent contract.

The school are looking to appoint a well qualified practitioner that will be able to maintain and contribute to the schools high values and have experience in teaching high performing pupils. You will also be a dynamic and inspirational teacher who is capable of successfully motivating all pupils.

The school is situated in extensive grounds in a rural setting near Hertford and offers day and boarding facilities for pupils aged 11-18. It provides a wide-ranging, high quality experience which caters well for pupils’ intellectual, physical and aesthetic needs. The school’s aim “to offer an experience rich in variety, challenge and reward” is certainly fulfilled. The senior management team provides very clear educational direction and leadership from the highest level.
