I am a qualified head chef with several years experience in top end gastro pubs and restaurants. I have steadily progressed from commis chef up to a skilled head chef within four years. I have experienced several types of cuisine and feel that I have a good knowledge of a variety of culinary tastes. I have put these skills to good use in implementing a very tight ship when it comes to kitchen management practices. I have always been cute with stock takes,menu writind,planning nad costing,staff recruitment and training,health and safety and everything else that goes with running a successful business.
