The Auction House is a newly opened conference and banqueting facility in Luton. We require a full time head chef to cater for our wedding and conference business. The chef must specialize in Indian cuisine and be able cater for up to 800 guests. The role will also entail conference lunch buffets.

The role will include procurement of kitchen supplies, organizing suppliers and managing the kitchen.

The quality of presentation of food must be to a high standard and the start date is immediate.

Mimimum of 3 years required at Head Chef level.

salary: 26k+ depending on experience
