If so, then why not take part in CLIC Sargent's Charity abseil at Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex on Sunday 13th July.

This is a fantastic opportunity to abseil an amazing 80ft not only will this be a thrilling experience but you will also be helping the 10 children and young people diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia every day in the UK.

It’s just £10.00 to register and all we ask is that you
raise a minimum sponsorship of £100. If you raise over £150 you will receive a free CLIC Sargent T-Shirt and over £200 you will receive a free CLIC Sargent Fleece.
