Customer services agents urgently required. You'll be taking inbound calls from our existing customer database, with the possibility of outbound sales calls.

The ideal candidate will be PC literate, have an excellent phone manner and communication skills, be customer orientated and able to work as part of a team.

Experience within a customer service environment is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Starting salary £16,000
