Hi

My name is Cathy Turner and I teach Ashtanga Yoga in Berkhamstead Hertfordshire which is 18 miles from Luton and 12 miles from both Watford and St Albans.

I am a very experienced teacher and really look forward to helping my students of all levels to reach and exceed their goals.
