A Sous Chef is required for one of Hertfordshire’s most acclaimed restaurants. This 2 rosette, French cuisine restaurant which has recently been awarded rising Michelin Star status is set in an 18th century Hunting Lodge located within the beautiful parkland of a private estate. Diners enjoy stunning riverside views and the ultimate in dining experiences. The successful candidate must be passionate about his/her cooking and have a minimum of 2 years fine dining experience, preferably within a 2 or 3 rosette establishment. He/she must have proven leadership skills and must be keen to embrace new ideas. All the chefs are expected to maintain the superb reputation of the restaurant and to assist in developing the whole dining experience to the next level. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Salary £25K - £30K (negotiable)
