The Bean Tree, see www.thebeantree.com, is a well established and respected modern French restaurant in the centre of Harpenden.

We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced sous chef to work on all sections with our head chef.

The successful applicant will have trained in a formal restaurant environment and, ideally, have worked in a Michelin guide recognised establishment at some time.

They will be able to demonstrate progression over a number of years from junior though chef de partie positions to junior sous chef or beyond.
