lrg 5 bed corner house close to sheffield city centre, 3 double rooms 2 single. front and back gardens, close to transport, schools, shops,fenced in garden that goes all way round garden front to back but we have had fence put in to sep it off. drive way at back for 1 car. ground floor kitchen/diner wc lounge 22x 13 middle floor bedroom 22 x 13 bedroom single but lrg enough for bed chest draws plus room for my 9 yr old play. bedroom size of single bed and draws at end with built in cubby hole. my 12 yr old has this as a room and loves it. bathroom top floor bedroom 22 x 15 bedroom 22 x 16 loft

WE ARE OPEN TO ANY AREA BUT PLS NO 3 BED I HAVE 5 CHILDREN FROM 14 YRS TO 8 MTHS 3 DOUBLE ROOMS IS IDEAL WITH 1 SINGLE ROOM IF A 4 BED.
