About the role
You’ll spend time in one of our centre’s to raise your profile, build your professional reputation and promote our service offering, engaging members with the support of the sales team. At the end of a three month start up period, we’d expect your workload to be at least 30 hours each week, ultimately aiming for a maximum of 48 hours.
You will be rewarded with a good percentage of the session fee, so you won’t have to pay a fixed license fee to use the centre. Since you won’t be doing gym shifts, you’ll have total control of your clients and working patterns. Our health assessments, studio classes and physiotherapy sessions will provide great sources of prospects.
About you
We’re looking for individuals with REP’s Level 3 (ideally with a qualification unit in personal training) and experience of achieving targets and KPIs. We’re particularly keen to work with Personal Trainers with additional qualifications in pre and post natal exercise, exercise and older adults, sports conditioning, or have entry qualifications for Reps Level 4. As a natural extrovert, you can quickly build rapport with colleagues and clients. You’re motivated to develop your own business and passionate about delivering the best possible level of service. You must have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
