For sale is my Delta Santana 2006 model caravan. It is very good condition throughout and is situated in canvey island 20 miles east of london

The caravan has 2 bedrooms. The first one has 2 single bed, wardrobe and over head storage. The second has a 2 single beds overhead storage.kiddsalso sleep on the sofas

The living room has a corner style sofa with a storage cupboard and a large cupboard by the fire. This is where we kept the TV also. it also has a small coffee table. The lounge/dining area has a small dinning room table 2 stool and a corner style sofa/seats.

The kitchen is a galley style. It has cupboards under the sink, above the work surface and a boiler cupboard.

The bathroom consists of a storage area (for towels etc), a shower, sink and toilet. Above the sink is a mirror.

The caravan is modern and in exelent condition throughout and only used approx 10 times from new on weekend only

You will get all the appliances you need so you are ready to go. These are: Toaster, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, bowls, kettle, microwave, fridge and even a T.v

The park is right by the sea and has many facilities for young children, teens and adults.the caravan is sited all year and the park is open 9 month of the year.its at the back end of the site far enough away from the great kidds area ,the pub/bar resturant and less noise from the kidds in high season
