Our client is a large Building Services Company providing maintenance services to a number of prestigious contracts nationwide. They are currently seeking a ELECTRICALLY BIASED TEAM LEADER to look after a newly built site. Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for running a team of four engineers carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on the site.
Duties will include but are not limited to ensuring the completion of reactive maintenance/repairs as required; project managing minor new works and complete required certification as necessary and be responsible for minor day to day repairs to fabrics and fittings. You will also be responsible for managing the opening and closing of the site to meet operational needs as well as overseeing grounds maintenance.

Successful candidates will have have an apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical Engineering coupled with a good knowledge of mechanical. You will also have at least 2 years experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Lead Engineer. A driving licence is essential.
