We are looking for a fun and friendly individual to rent the 4th (double) room of a shared house. It is a large period property in the heart of St Albans (Fishpool Street - 3 mins centre of town).

Currently living in the house are 2 males & 1 female - all work full time hours but on different shedules.

Rent is £300 per month inc council tax and some bills.
