Our client based in Letchworth, Herts are seeking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer / CMM Inspector.

Predominantly, the role will be to provide the inspection and quality control service to our client's manufacturing function and to help maintain thee quality system to ISO9001-2000.

The main duties will include the following...

Programming new components on the CMM Machines

Run parts and complete inspection reports to schedule

visual batch checking and feeding back information to the manufacturing department. Interim and first off inspection and maintaining ISO9001-2000 and AS9100 Quality System.

The successful applicant will have the ability to program CMM slant bridge machinery and a knowledge and experience of PC-DMIS. Automotive industry experience would be an advantage.

Salary range is circa £24000 per annum.
