We are currently seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for our Dunstable branch. To be successful in this role you will have to be passionate about the products, passionate about delivering service and results, you will need really strong selling & leadership skills and will possess the necessary attributes to be able to be successful at running the store going forward. To apply for this role you must have furniture retail experience, to achieve or exceed monthly and year to date sales revenue targets, maximising the profitability and revenue.

5. Excellent communication skills at all levels

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have, excellent selling skills and the ability to understand customer need. It is essential that you have a past history of furniture selling skills and negotiating with customers.

Hours of work
6 days a week
One day off on weekday
Salary: £TBD+Commission
