Hays Education is working with a Upper School near Luton, Bedfordshire, who are looking to recruit a Teacher of French and Spanish on a long-term temporary basis for two terms possibly longer starting immediately.
The successful candidate will be able to teach French and Spanish up to A level across the age and ability range of this school. The MFL department is a thriving, supportive and well resourced Curriculum Team who seek to improve results and strengthen the cross curricular and extra curricular links already in place.

The role requires the successful candidate to be able to stimulate the interest and curiosity of the pupils and to foster their capacity and motivation to pursue their work independently.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a number of the following:

· Qualified Teacher Status
· Ability to teach both French and Spanish up to A Level
· The ability to motivate pupils and achieve excellent results
· Excellent organisational and ICT skills
· The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
· An enthusiasm for languages and the ability to share this in class

The chosen candidate must be willing to fully immerse themselves in school life and provide assistance within the Modern Foreign Languages department as and when required.
