A talented Chef de Partie is required for a 2 Rosette restaurant within a luxury 4* contemporary hotel in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have a flair for cooking and will be eager to develop his skills working with fresh ingredients under the guidance of the Head Chef. He/she will have previous rosette experience, preferably within a 4* hotel and will have the ability to maintain, build and develop the role. A creative and energetic Chef, the successful Candidate will in addition have Conference and Banqueting experience. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary £16K - £18K per annum
