Must have experience within running functions and events in an operational role.
My client currently operates a very busy functions and events business. They offer great services and facilities in exquisite surroundings. This unit provides a superior Food and Beverage operation with a very strong food and beverage operation!
The Role:
A hands-on role managing this large day to day operation
To be an inspiring leader to mentor and enthuse a team of 15 staff
Working in conjunction with the operations manager and alongside the other managers
The Person:
Keen to work in a forward thinking environment that is highly driven
A proven junior Manager who is goals-orientated and has a proven track record of achieving results
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident individual who have passion for what they do and is not afraid to talk out
