Essentially, the company is looking for a candidate with hands on experience producing working drawings using CAD, while having a central understanding of how buildings work. They must be able to understand the running of a project from inception and feasibility. Any experience with running projects will be an advantage, but working with a project running Technician will allow further development. The opportunity for further training is available which will aid in becoming a fully rounded Architectural Technician.
