We are a rapidly expanding company that provides an environmentally responsible alternative to the plastic bag. Every year, more and more customers are choosing retailers who are committed to eco-friendly practices. Big names such as GE, SPAR, BUDGENS and Stead & Simpson use our client’s innovative products. We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their small winning team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get into sales working with our client’s enviable customer base which is made up of well-known, multi-national retailers and distributors. For the right candidate there is scope to progress into an account management position.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the sales team to help develop a profitable sales relationship with their portfolio of existing customers.

Using your great communication skills and your ability to work in a fast moving sales environment, your role will involve general customer service, providing quotations, supporting the sales team, and sales order processing. You will also be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling to clients who call us.

Along with your enthusiasm and confident approach, to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor you will need excellent customer service skills, and confidence using the MS Office suite. Flexibility to travel together with attending exhibitions would also be required but is not essential.

Any sales administration experience would be beneficial, as would experience in a sales support environment. Any experience working in a small business would be beneficial as well. It would also be advantageous if you have your own transport due to the location of our office.
