My client currently operates a luxury hotel in Hertfordshire. They offer exquisite comfort, exquisite services and facilities in exquisite surroundings. This hotel provides a superior Food and Beverage operation with a very strong food and beverage operation!
The ideal candidate will have excellent inter-personal, organisational and management skills. You must be able to think “outside of the box” and be a great trouble shooter and come from a Conference and banqueting background….
This is a very hands-on role and you will be working closely with the Conference and Banqueting Manager and Operations Team and involved in all areas of the business, the ideal candidate must be ambitious, inspiring and be able to work under pressure.
