I am looking for a one bed flat or house, with garden if possible but not fussed, near Hemel or london not fussed about how far or condition.

i have a large one bed flat that is about 10 mins away from the sea front and 15 from the mumbles. i live in a quiet area with lovly views from the country side in the kitchen. large living room that i use as a dinning room also. large bed room with and arched ceiling over the window. kitchen is to be re fitted some time this year as is the bathroom floor (this will be done before i swap). if you want any more details get in touch also the boiler system is to be replace by 2012
