I am looking for a pub that wants to do food, someone who would like to rent the kitchen or someone who would like to start selling food, I wouldnt say i was a chef but I am good cook and every thing i cook is fresh, I worked in mitlon keynes for a while doing a kitchen there until thew owner got a couple to run the pub and they are boths cooks which left me with nothing, you can see my menu here that i did in summer ( single handed) www.enigmatavern.co.uk I will be doing winter food on the new menu.
