I am a qualified counsellor based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire that can offer you that space in a peaceful village location.

My aim is to work with you to tackle and resolve any emotional difficulties that you may have. It may be that you feel little sense of purpose or lack of direction. Maybe you have experienced past trauma or are presently having difficulty dealing or coping with any issues in your life.

I believe that person-centred counselling can provide an environment where anyone can explore their issues in a safe environment and consider the way their lives have developed and changed. Many changes can be positive but even when more negative issues become apparent, understanding the way these affect us can be a rewarding experience in itself. Peoples busy lifestyles do not often allow for self exploration with a supportive person who is guaranteed not to judge or give advice. It is often worth a great deal to people who may be struggling to come to terms or understand aspects of their lives.

I offer long term and short term work after discussion with potential clients about their needs from counselling. It may be that certain clients find personal results within a short space of time while others find that counselling continues much longer, the journey for everyone is always very different.
