Customer Services Rep
Up and coming, dynamic company providing specialist payroll processing to the recruitment sector require a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Services representative with a hands on approach to join our growing team near Harpenden/Luton.
The role involves
Answering the telephone
Handling customer queries
Proactively contacting existing customers on companies behalf
Assisting Client invoicing & sales teams
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Dealing with customer correspondence
The right person has
Enthusiastic telephone manner
Excellent English skills
Positive mental attitude
Confident and at ease with constant use of Microsoft Office
Literate with good numeracy ability
An eye for detail and well organised
Excellent communication skills
