Up and coming, dynamic company providing specialist payroll processing to the recruitment sector require a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Services representative with a ‘hands on’ approach to join our growing team near Harpenden/Luton.
The role involves
• Answering the telephone
• Handling customer queries
• Proactively contacting existing customers on companies behalf
• Assisting Client invoicing & sales teams
• Maintaining and updating customer databases
• Dealing with customer correspondence
The right person has
• Enthusiastic telephone manner
• Excellent English skills
• Positive mental attitude
• Confident and at ease with constant use of Microsoft Office
• Literate with good numeracy ability
• An eye for detail and well organised
• Excellent communication skills
