Health and Safety Consultant
An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a dynamic Health & Safety consultancy as a Health and Safety Professional.
You must preferably have experience of preparing and delivering Health, Safety, Fire and Asbestos risk assessments and reports, H&S policies and procedures, site inspections/audits, DDA, providing training such as manual handling and tool box talks and with construction industry experience.
Due to the nature of this role experience of working with CDM regulations is preferred. You should be a holder of at least the NEBOSH General Certificate with construction, as well as being an experienced trainer, or hold a degree in Health and Safety Management or Engineering Science with relevant experience.
The projects are varied, and will be entail responsibility for working on-site with design teams and through to completion of the health and safety file. You should be keen to learn and a confident communicator with the ability to work on your own initiative.
There will be the occasional need to travel away from the office and this may include overnight stays. You must hold a full and clean driving license. A company car or car allowance will be provided dependant on requirements.
