A small, progressive family run internet business, based in St Albans requires a telesales assistant to join their rapidly growing part-time and flexible working team.

Based at their home office in St Albans you will sit with the Marketing Manager and technical staff for initially 4/5 hours on one agreed day per week.

The hours are negotiable as is the day of the week providing ample notice is given.If the candidate proves successful working from their own home will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be be clearly spoken and understood, and have experience of dealing with customers over the phone in a sales role.

The Candidate will be given the chance to expand into other areas of this family run business if they show interest.

Hourly rate to be agreed with the right candidate but in the region of £8-10 per hour with bonuses for hitting targets. Higher rates are possible but only with extensive experience in telesales and proven objection handling.
