My name is Julian Mockridge and I am a qualified Hypnotherapist specialising in integrated Hypnotherapy. This evidence-based therapy focuses on changing how our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviour. I regularly help clients to change negative beliefs, thoughts and behaviour and transform their lives.

I have worked full-time in the drug and alcohol treatment profession for over five years as a practitoner and team leader, and have much experience in helping people to change their lives for the better.I trained at the prestigious cambridge collage of hypnotherapy under josephine teague, one of the UKs formost hypnotherapists.Maybe you need help to quit smoking, lose weight or gain more confidence. Phobias, anxiety, stress and many emotional problems can all be overcome with hypnotherapy.
