We are looking for a mothers help type person. SEPT TO DECEMBER. I would love to hear from women who have had good experience caring for a baby.

We have a 3 year old daughter who goes to full time nursery. Mum is expecting another baby due, 1st week in Sept.

I would prefer someone to Live in, someone who is flexible to help me care for my new baby. I am particularly interested in kind, loving, friendly workers only. I am keen to hear from ladies who enjoy being around children, know how to deal with situations as they arise etc.

I am at home, so we will be together, caring for my new baby. There will be some days, I need to go off for my studies in Bedford, but my husband will take these days off work, and stay home with you and our baby. From Sept to Dec, I work out this should not occur more than 9 days spread out over 4 moths... so dont worry. And when I say go away for my studies, I could just be away in the mornings, or afternoons, or both, but back by 7pm whichever way it goes each time...

Since I am looking for flexibility, I would prefer someone who is free all the time basically. I am looking for 10hours a day, you can take one morning during the week off if you wish. You will be required on saturdays, but you can have sunday off, or stay with us. Pls note, as this is a new baby, there will be alot of free time, to just sit watching TV, or reading etc... My other daughter as I said is in full time nursery. So though I say 10 hours, you wont be working 10 hours non stop, its just a guide. I am looking for someone who wishes to be part of our family for those 4 months basically.

For me, personality is very important, if you are moody, this wont work.

I am looking for a NON SMOKER, PLS.
NOT EVEN SOCIAL SMOKING THIS WONT WORK FOR US.

The role would also involve cleaning, and ironing.

I am willing to pay well over 150£ for the right person a week.
