PHYZZ KIDZ ADVENTURE PLAY CENTRE & TOAST BAR

Phyzz Kidz creates a different play experience for children aged 0-10 years whilst Mum or Dad relax on our sofas with a refreshing coffee. As well as an adventure playframe, there is lots of soft play equipment on a quality padded floor, an under 5's area full of toys which are frequently rotated, a two storey playhouse, climbing frames and slides as well as a train set, castle, books and colouring.

We can also host your birthday parties for you, so all you need to do is bring the cake, candles and the kidz and we will do the rest. If you are looking for something a little more special, why not book one of our specialist parties such as Catwalk - we provide the clothes, the catwalk, tuition and the music to allow the children to feel like top catwalk models before playing on our playframe and moving on to eat.

Our Cheerleading parties are lead by qualified UK Cheerleading instructors and can be with or without food - your choice. Likewise our 'Stage School' parties taught by the director and staff of a local Theatre Academy school provide the children with the opportunity to create a 'mini-show' for their parents to admire or simply to sample the joys of the theatre arts. The birthday child also has the opportunity of attending one free session at the Theatre Academy at a later date. Parties start from only £9.50 per child

DIMENSIONS FITNESS

A privately owned Health & Fitness Club which is unique in that there are no contracts in force. Whilst we encourage people to join as a member which provides the benefit of discounted prices, your standing order can be stopped by yourself at anytime you decide you have reached your desired level of fitness and no longer wish to belong to the gym.

There is also no need to be a member at all as you are wlecome to use any of our facilites or participate in our varied fitness classes on a pay as you go basis.

Whether a member or not, should you wish to train or join in a class between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on weekdays, you can pop your child into Phyzz Kidz next door where they will be cared for by our playleaders.

We also have a resident beautician and massuese with whom appointments can be booked on most days of the week.

Anyone joining Dimensions as a member will be given a free one hour induction where one of our instructors will help devise a programme to meet your individual fitness needs. You are then also entitled to free 3-monthly reviews of your programme. If you choose to join Dimensions Fitness as a member and say you saw this advert on Gumtree - you will also be entitled to a free 15 minute personal training session on our Vibraplate or two free sunbeds!
