Salary and Benefits
The successful Chef will be offered a salary of up to 21k and live in accommodation Additional benefits of this role include; the opportunity to develop further skills, progression.

Required Experience
• The candidate will already be in a junior Sous role with a proven Rosette background or a chef de Partie looking for their next move up.
• The chosen Chef will be a passionate Chef who is able to inject energy and strength to the brigade.
• The Chef will be a good all- rounder who is hungry to work in a high quality driven environment working to the highest standard.
