Job Summary

A Team Leader is required to lead, motivate and manage a professional team in the repairs and maintenance of operational buildings. Direct responsibility for 3 surveyors and 2 engineers. Working in partnership with contractors, a schedule of rates is to be established and adhered to. Working with NEC3 and JCT forms of contract.

Skills & Experience

Applicants must hold a professional qualification ie membership of RICS or CIOB.

Experience of working in operational properties.

Experience of working with NEC3 and JCT forms of contract, as well as a schedule of rates.

Knowledge of CDM and Health and Safety legislation.

Excellent man-management and organisational skills.
