My client currently operates a luxury hotel with a large conference and banqueting operation in Hertfordshire. They offer exquisite comfort, exquisite services and facilities in exquisite surroundings. This hotel provides a superior food and beverage operation with a very strong food and beverage operation!
The ideal candidate will have excellent inter-personal, organisational and management skills. You must be able to think “outside of the box” and be a great trouble shooter and come from a busy bar background you must able to deal with the team, stock and cash handing and deal with the general day to day issues
This is a very hands-on role and you will be working closely with the Conference and Banqueting Team, the ideal candidate must be ambitious, inspiring and be able to work under pressure.
