Pre-E2E Trainer based in Luton - £20,253 - £21,774

Our client, a well respected training provider operating nationally who specialise in Youth Training, in particular Entry to Employment (E2E) and Pre-Entry to Employment (Pre-E2E) tutoring has a vacancy in their offices in Luton for a qualified and experienced Lead Tutor.

The role involves leading the Life Skills curriculum and teaching groups of young people who are aged 14-16 years, you will be confident in engaging and motivating students as well as delivering Basic Skills training with the emphasis on numeracy, literacy and ICT to key stage 4 as well as personal skills and life skills. You may also be asked to deliver some training in basic vocational qualifications such as Childcare.

If you have a formal training qualification such as a DTLLS, PGCE, or Cert Ed qualifications, qualifications in teaching literacy, numeracy and/ or ICT, experience in the Pre-Entry to Employment and Entry to Employment sector and have the desire for a new challenge with an organisation that offers excellent staff development, stability to its learners and staff. Package includes: -
• Salary: £20,253 - £21,774
• 30 days holidays (plus bank holidays)
• 36 hours per week
• Fixed Term for 12 months
