12-15k Customer Sservice Sales assistant Cashier Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly person to work in a fun professional environment within financial services. The role would be similar to a cashier in a bank or building society.
Due to the services offered by our Client, you must be 18 or over.
This is a full time permanent role, NOT a summer job...

Duties: ( Full Training Given )
Money transfers to other bank accounts
Data entry and general administration tasks
Customer service and advising on other services
Assisting with customers personal loan applications
Marketing and basic sales (NOT a hard sell environment)
General office upkeep ie making sure it's clean / tidy, leaflets are fully stocked and help to making teas and coffees for the area manager!

Experience / skills required:
Good communication skills
Previous retail or customer service experience
Educated to GCSE level
Basic IT knowledge such as word, excel

Hours are 39.5 per week, 5 day rota,Monday to Saturday generally 9am-530 / 6pm.
Salary basic 12 - 13k plus bonuses to (on average) 14-15k p.a.

A second language such as French, Polish or Spanish is an advantage, but not essential.
