I have a one bedroomed flat in the new part of Hatfield, close to David Lloyd gym, new shopping centre and bus stops. The flat was built 3 years ago and is in a quiet area with a play area nearby. Pets are allowed in my property and there is plenty of open space, including a nature walk to walk dogs. The flat is Housing Association with the right to buy at discount. The flat has gas central heating and there is a large car park.
I want to move to Welwyn Garden City to be nearer to my family and am looking ideally for a one bedroomed property in Woodhall or Hall Grove, but I would consider any areas. I have a dog so pets must be allowed.
